This is our "Non - Crash" course for new and junior managers who are supervising people in fast paced high volume businesses who must perform now.  We give these managers tools to help them become effective right away and we work at ensuring that they don't "crash and burn".  We cover basic management principles and help the manager understand their new role as it relates to their business, their people and the total enterprise.
