Tony Gilliard, Human Resource Executive, Trainer, Coach, Speaker, Program Developer and Entrepreneur honed his HR Skills from some of the most admired companies in the United States and with support from some of the most powerful and influential HR Executives in the Country.  He has very strong Global HR experience and has worked for such organizations as the Zale Jewelry Corporation, Pepsi Cola Company, NBC Entertainment, Dell Computer, The Walt Disney Company and Mattel Toys. 

His business career has afforded him the opportunity to work with employees, managers and executives from around the world including North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.  Never tiring, Mr. Gilliard is now turning his energy towards providing tools and development to individuals, corporations and the public sector.  He is passionate about career development especially for new entrants into the workforce and early to mid career professionals.  He believes that early intervention and development will help to increase one's chances of achieving the level of success that they desire.  

Out of Houston, Texas Mr. Gilliard currently resides in Desoto, Texas, just South of Dallas and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of North Texas.
