DISC is a behavioral style assessment tool that centers on four behavioral traits which are Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). The assessment helps you understand human behavior in various situations.  No one style is better than the other but we all have a natural and adaptive style relative to how we approach and interact with others.
